Kelly Granito is a poet, policy researcher, and former teacher who draws inspiration from her sensory memories of the places where she’s lived, including New Orleans, Washington, DC., and New York City. She was born and raised in Michigan and after many years of bouncing around has happily found her way home again. She lives in Ann Arbor with her husband, two young children, two old cats, and too many plants.
